At House of Rashi, we aim to deliver your favorite styles to your doorstep quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your orders will reach you.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain order value (if applicable).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our delivery network and will update once international delivery becomes available.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to check your order status anytime.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details (name, address, phone number, pincode) are entered correctly. House of Rashi will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please share unboxing images or videos with our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
