Refund policy

At House of Rashi, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is made with care, and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, since our products are often crafted and packaged with special attention to detail, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide an exchange option under certain valid circumstances.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange in the following cases:

  1. Size Issue:

    • If you have selected the wrong size or wish to exchange the product for another size, you are eligible for an exchange.

    • In such cases, the two-way logistic or courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.

  2. Damaged or Defective Product:

    • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it with a new one.

    • However, to process such exchanges, you must share a complete unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the product and its condition.

    • Once verified, the logistic charges will be borne by us.

    • Exchanges without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange will only be processed once the returned product passes our quality check.

  • In case the requested size or product is out of stock, we will offer a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

  • We do not provide refunds in any form (including cash or bank transfer).

Process for Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for exchange.

  2. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back or wait for pickup (depending on your case).

Important Notes

  • Products purchased during sale events or discounts are not eligible for exchange.

  • Please ensure proper packaging during return transit to avoid any damage.
